After having two large companies (who do door-to-door sales) try to sell us a new roof (taking up quite a bit of our time), I was beyond relieved to have a friend recommend Reflect Roofing and know that I would be dealing with a small, real-people company. After giving them a call, Tommy came out to give me a quote. He was friendly, knowledgable, and thorough, without trying to sell me anything. He even got back up on the roof after his inspection and covered our open vents so no further damage occurred in the time before we got the roof replaced. Christy was excellent with all communication and scheduling, and they both came out to let the neighbors know about the upcoming work, which really impressed me. The roof installation was done with care and on schedule, and it looks terrific and cost less than what the other companies quoted. In short, Tommy and Christy exceeded all our expectations and we are so grateful to have had the chance to work with them. I highly recommend.
